I like my bottle but there should be a option for a replacement container. If it freezes to long its at risk of cracking and if you take it out the freezer in time its at risk for breaking.

Come on spirit magicka, you can do better!! I want my money back NOW I am posting reviews until I hear back from them....until then I’ll be posting a review EVERY DAY Come on, Follow your guarantee spirit magicka. This is a shame. I was so excited to finally receive my two Rosé quartz crystal bottles after over 2 months of waiting for it to ship. However once it finally came, after not even using it for 24 hours, I noticed the wire that connects the stone to the water bottle became orange. Thinking it was a faulty piece, I then used my second bottle. Then the wire to that water bottle started rusting as well. This rust happened in less than a days worth of time, and to be frank the quality of these products should definitely have a sustaining quality and meet minimal guidelines in safety, in which these products do not. I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me with a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with this product. I had much higher expectations than rust after 24 hours and waiting nearly 2 and a half months for this. Ridiculous.

I was initially upset that my product took 3 months to arrive. However, when it did come, it was BEAUTIFUL. I absolutely adore it. You can tell it is extremely high quality from the crystal to the glass. I love that the top and bottom are removable, making it easy to clean the crystal and the water bottle itself. The crystal is very very pale but still has a touch of pink which is totally normal for rose gold. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great item. The glass is very solid. Before my purchase I was worried about the glass quality. It came with a protective sleeve. The Amethyst is the dreamy Amethyst not the usual transparent one. However I am good with it though I love the transparent Amethyst more. Great bangs for the buck! Shipping was delayed for the bottle due to international transportation bans.
